As a Solution Architect, you will support Salesforce initiatives with emphasis on Service Cloud development. You will contribute architectural knowledge, technical expertise, and roadmap input. Your designs will support scalability, platform quality, operational efficiency, and user experience.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience translating requirements into scalable technical designs
Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred
