This senior product owner leads technology delivery across employee-facing products and workplace experiences. You will manage Agile backlogs, translate business problems into requirements, and guide practical solutions. The portfolio may include HR platforms, employee devices, meeting-room technology, workplace tools, and technology-enabled office initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Create and prioritize transparent product backlogs
Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product work
Evaluate priorities using data, value, and capacity
Manage JIRA backlog items and Agile delivery units
Demonstrate functionality and use feedback to improve outcomes
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
At least eight years of progressive relevant experience
Minimum four years in delivery leadership
Experience delivering technology solutions in complex environments
