As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop core services for Appnovation’s operational platform. You will work with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, and event-driven integrations. The cross-functional scrum team owns services from refinement through release readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Develop versioned .NET Core REST APIs with validation and documentation
Build worker services for scheduled and queue-driven processing
Model PostgreSQL data and tune query performance
Enforce authorization through OpenFGA and integrate Keycloak authentication
Own feature areas through testing,

Requirements: At least 5-7 years developing C# and .NET backend systems
Solid command of .NET Core and ASP.NET Core Web API
Experience building RESTful APIs for frontend or third-party clients
Relational modelling and SQL skills with PostgreSQL or equivalent
Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
