Key Responsibilities: Review contracts and identify contractual exposure early
Lead mobilization reviews covering obligations and risk allocation
Validate, price, document, and submit change orders
Assess forecasts, contingency use, and margin risks




Assist claims preparation and dispute resolution
Requirements: Ten or more years in commercial, contract, or procurement leadership
Experience in heavy civil, powerline, transmission, or industrial construction
Experience preserving entitlement on high-value projects
Knowledge of subcontract negotiation and commercial governance
