Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional projects aligned with strategic business priorities
Define objectives, success criteria, and measurable project results
Translate strategic vision into plans, milestones, and deliverables
Identify risks, dependencies, and effective mitigation strategies
Promote project management best practices within the PMO
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field
Three to five years managing cross-functional or enterprise projects
Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and governance frameworks
Proven ability managing stakeholders, budgets, and complex timelines
Proficiency with project management tools; certification preferred
