As a Senior Applications Development Manager, you will manage teams, review technical solutions, and contribute to applications development strategies. The work requires business analysis in the Services domain, project management expertise, and senior stakeholder management. You will also support delivery oversight, resource allocation, standards, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Applications Development teams and conduct personnel duties
Provide technical oversight across systems and applications
Review proposed technical solutions for projects




Contribute to applications development strategies and standards
Monitor delivery, budgets, resources, and work allocation
Requirements: Six to ten years of Financial Services industry experience
Applications Development Manager experience
Senior Applications Development experience
Stakeholder, people management, and leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
Bring project management, business analysis, communication, and applications development leadership to Citi’s Technology organization.
