Lead ground services equipment procurement at Cargojet through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and hands-on purchasing across its North American network. This is a full-time, in office role.
As Procurement Specialist, you will source GSE equipment, parts, and consumables while supporting Cargojet’s operational needs. Your work includes purchase orders, market analysis, supplier relationships, contract support, and issue resolution. You will collaborate with the Director, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Station Managers, Finance, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Source GSE equipment, parts, oils, lubricants, batteries, tires, and supplies
Issue purchase orders and support invoice reconciliation
Analyze suppliers, pricing, savings, delivery, and quality performance
Support negotiations with OEMs, dealers, distributors,



and aftermarket suppliers
Maintain vendor approvals, procurement KPIs, and parts availability
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
Five-plus years of procurement experience, including industrial procurement
Strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship experience
SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP procurement experience
Advanced Excel and strong financial analysis skills
Apply procurement expertise, supplier management, and financial analysis to support Cargojet’s ground equipment operations across multiple locations.
