As a senior technology leader, you will influence global engineering teams across Citi’s complex financial institution. You will champion engineering excellence, lead cultural change, and communicate technical strategy to senior leadership and business stakeholders. Java or Python development, AI integration, and end-to-end SDLC experience are central capabilities.

Integrate AI tools into engineering practices and programs
Requirements: 13+ years of professional software development experience
6+ years developing hands-on with Java and/or Python
Experience leading and managing software engineering teams
Deep understanding of DORA metrics and end-to-end SDLC
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred
Bring technical depth, cultural change leadership, DORA expertise, and coding credibility to Citi’s global engineering organization.
