As General Manager, you will oversee all residence operations while supporting high-quality care, services, and programs. The role requires operations leadership, financial planning, customer relations, and knowledge of retirement residence legislation. You will guide managers, monitor quality, and contribute to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities: Lead smooth operations across all residence departments
Oversee resident care, services, and wellness programs
Mentor department managers and staff
Manage budgets and monitor financial performance
Address resident and family concerns




Requirements: Minimum two years’ leadership experience in retirement or hospitality
Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant discipline
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of provincial health regulations and residence legislation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and residence management systems
