This Staff Information Security Analyst supports ServiceNow’s Global Security Support Center. The role handles platform security matters, customer communications, security investigations, and cross-functional coordination. It also strengthens documentation, training, process maturity, and operational excellence across internal and external security support.
Key Responsibilities: Represent Security Organization during customer-facing security incidents and cases
Own, triage, investigate, and resolve platform security matters
Coordinate security workflows with customers and internal teams




Develop AI solutions for repetitive activity automation
Support on-call rotations and security escalation handling
Requirements: Minimum eight years in information or application security
Eligibility for Canadian Reliability Status clearance
Understanding of cloud computing and hyperscaler models
Experience with SIEM, WAF, firewalls, and vulnerability platforms
Web application vulnerability and mitigation knowledge
