As Manager of Business Operations, you will provide strategic direction across operational functions and serve as an integrator between departments. The work connects Sales, Engineering, Finance, Integration, Service, and project teams. You will strengthen readiness, accountability, inventory accuracy, and supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead PMO, Warehouse & Logistics, and Procurement functions
Implement standardized procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
Improve cross-functional project handoffs and operational readiness
Oversee inventory, logistics, material planning,



and procurement
Develop supplier strategies and identify cost savings
Requirements: Eight to ten-plus years of progressive operations experience
Leadership across procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics
Experience implementing scalable processes and operational KPIs
Solid financial, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with ERP, project management, and reporting systems
