Insight Global is seeking a Release Manager to join a major banking client, coordinating storage migration and infrastructure changes. You will ensure changes are properly planned and approved within production windows, maintaining platform stability.
The role requires 5+ years in release/change management, experience with ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence, ITIL, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore groups in a highly regulated setting.
