Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive change management plans for project needs
Conduct impact analyses and stakeholder assessments
Facilitate engagement sessions and address resistance
Coach leaders and teams on change leadership practices
Monitor progress through success metrics and adjust strategies
Requirements: Seven years of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain experience
Hands on SAP Ariba and Cloud ERP project experience
Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Experience with process mapping and SIT/UAT testing
Enhanced Security Clearance and Canadian work authorization
