This senior engineering role supports operating battery energy storage projects and corrective action with inverter vendors. You will distinguish software, firmware, controls, hardware, design, and power system causes. The work includes issue management, retrofit tracking, validation, and technical communication.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate inverter performance issues across operating BESS projects
Perform root cause analysis using operational data and site evidence
Review firmware updates, design changes, and retrofit proposals
Define corrective actions, validation criteria, and deployment schedules
Track retrofit status, risks,



validation, and closure across sites
Requirements: Engineering degree in electrical, computer, or mechanical engineering
Minimum five years in renewable energy or battery storage
Knowledge of inverter operation, dispatch controls, firmware, and hardware
Experience with BESS troubleshooting, event logs, and corrective actions
Knowledge of DNP3, Modbus, industrial networks, and Excel
Apply inverter performance, power systems, and retrofit management expertise to strengthen e-STORAGE battery storage project operations.
