As a Consulting Senior Manager, you will shape solutions across process, data, controls, and technology. You will manage engagement planning, advise stakeholders, and lead project teams. The work may focus on financial close, procure to pay, or business advisory.
Key Responsibilities: Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution
Own scope, staffing, budgets, risks, milestones, and governance
Advise stakeholders and resolve escalations through difficult conversations
Develop reusable tools, methodologies, proposals, and demonstrations




Coach project teams and prepare members for increased responsibility
Requirements: Eight or more years solving finance or transformation challenges
Three or more years of people management experience
Experience leading multiple phases of complex client engagements
Ability to structure ambiguity and communicate complex ideas clearly
