As Vice-President, Business Lead, you will expand Cossette’s Alberta presence while strengthening long-term client partnerships. You will lead RFPs, activate national resources, and promote digital, martech, analytics, and AI capabilities. The role serves Western Canada sectors including energy, agriculture, public sector, and tourism.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee key client relationships and proactively address concerns
Lead new business opportunities and RFP processes
Collaborate with Cossette’s national Growth Team
Champion responsible AI and advanced technology capabilities




Represent Cossette across Alberta business and industry hubs
Requirements: Agency experience with complex clients and multiple expertise areas
Established corporate, community, and government contacts in Alberta
Digital marketing, martech, and AI applications background
Deep expertise in a relevant Western Canadian industry
Entrepreneurial, cooperative, relationship-driven leadership approach
