As Tooling Project Lead, you will manage tooling through design, development, manufacturing, refurbishment, testing, and delivery. The position reports to the Project Manager-Tooling and coordinates engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and project team members. Your work supports Candu Energy Inc. and the Darlington Current Nuclear Project.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, and resource allocation
Lead multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, quality, and project teams
Manage contracts, changes, suppliers, subcontractors, and project risks




Monitor performance indicators and establish project reporting protocols
Enforce nuclear safety, quality, training, and corrective action requirements
Requirements: Eight-plus years leading or supporting relevant projects
Understanding of project delivery and execution methodologies
Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and contract management
Working knowledge of industrial safety and nuclear safety culture
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer relationship skills
