Beyond day-to-day development, you’ll have the opportunity to champion continuous improvement by contributing to website standards, maintaining technical documentation, implementing effective testing practices, and exploring emerging technologies that can elevate our digital capabilities. Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. Manage, update, design, and scale company website and landing pages Liaise with the LEAP Global Marketing team to align website with efforts such as implementing new codebase and fixes as required, implementing new components, and staying apprised with company web development standards and emerging technologies Create logical, testable, effective code by using best web development practices Build and maintain website layout/user interface by using best HTML/CSS practices Create and maintain documentation of website practices in Confluence and Word digital assets Monitor, fix, and resolve website issues in a timely manner Attend monthly meetings with Web Developers and other stakeholders on the Global Marketing team Prepare unit tests for code that is being developed Implement Pardot/MCAE website forms for lead capture and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate Salesforce attribution and tracking. Highly proficient in HTML, Vue.js, JavaScript, virtual DOM, and CSS,



including pre-processors such as SASS/SCSS ~ js, including server-side rendering and static generation ~ Solid experience with JavaScript foundations ~ Familiarity with agile development methodologies ~ Experience working with robust web tools like heatmaps ~ Excellent communication skills within a technical and business environment ~ Demonstrates a commitment to continuous technical learning ~ Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously on a daily basis ~ The following qualifications are definite Assets: Familiarity with website lead capture using Pardot forms Experience developing and integrating complex software systems through the full SDLC Familiarity with website chatbot technologies Experience with Salesforce Experience working in the legal industry There are endless opportunities within our business to progress and grow your career and full training is provided so an aptitude and hunger to learn is essential.
