We are currently seeking an experienced Welding & Fabrication Foreman to join our team and help lead our growing manufacturing shop. We are looking for someone who knows fabrication inside & out, can lead from the front & takes pride in producing quality work.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Full-Time Experienced Welding & Fabrication Foreman.

Main Responsibilities:

- Shop Floor Leadership

- QC Officer
- Schedule Management, Project Deadline Completion
- Job Prep & Pre-Fab Meetings
- Manage Take Off's & Cut Lists

- Welding when needed

Requirements:

- 10+ years of welding & metal fabrication experience
- 5+ years in a leadership, foreman or supervisory role




- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, fitting & shop equipment
- Ability to read drawings and organize jobs from start to finish
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow, maintain quality, and keep projects on schedule
- Ability to maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety
