The work spans performance management, levelling, promotions, compensation, workforce planning, and change management. You will gather team feedback and help leaders address concerns.

Drive workforce planning and organizational design strategies
Lead change management aligned with business demands
Customize talent strategies using market and competitive insights




Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards
Requirements: Eight-plus years as a top-tier People Business Partner
Two-plus years in a demanding technology company
Experience supporting Engineering or Product organizations
Deep expertise and curiosity about AI's changing impact
Data orientation balanced with empathy and team anecdotes
