As Senior Project Manager, you will advise clients and senior leaders while leading civil infrastructure projects. The Alberta Team needs experience with complex construction delivery, healthcare, education, or related capital work. Your work supports pursuit of capital healthcare and education projects throughout Northern Alberta. You will manage project teams, client relationships, financial controls, and delivery requirements across varying scopes and complexities.
Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients and stakeholders on healthcare projects
Define objectives, schedules, budgets, risks, and communication plans




Lead procurement efforts and contract negotiations
Mentor project delivery teams across management activities
Track costs, forecasts, quality, and client satisfaction
Requirements: Minimum eight years of capital project management experience
Minimum five years leading large-scale project mandates
Engineering, architecture, or construction management education
Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, codes, and legislation
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Bring civil infrastructure leadership, financial management, and trusted client advising to complex capital projects across Northern Alberta.
