As Agentic Product Design Lead, you will set UI quality standards across client engagements and lead complex, multi-product, multi-platform work. You will govern tokens, component libraries, theming, documentation, and scalable design systems. The role also includes senior client partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and practice development.

Lead critiques and structured feedback loops
Champion agentic workflows and AI-powered design tooling
Requirements: Eight-plus years of UI/UX design experience
At least three years in a leadership role
Experience with Claude Design and agentic workflows
Expertise in Figma, Figma Make, and design systems
Eligibility to work in Canada and Canadian time zones
