Lead PXM architecture and growth at Valtech in Montreal, using Akeneo, inRiver, and product data expertise across the Americas.
As Practice Director, you will own technical vision, delivery excellence, and business growth for Valtech’s Product Experience Management practice. You will guide architects, developers, and business consultants while helping brands design, build, and scale product data platforms. The work includes collaboration with European teams.
Key Responsibilities: Define Akeneo and inRiver architecture patterns and best practices
Lead AI-driven enrichment, data quality, and automation approaches
Oversee implementations, migrations, and technical escalations
Support pursuits, estimation, proposals, upsell, and vendor relationships




Mentor teams and build reusable playbooks and accelerators
Requirements: 10+ years technology leadership in consulting, integration, or agency environments
4+ years of PIM/PXM experience
Hands-on expertise with Akeneo and inRiver
Experience leading distributed, multidisciplinary teams
Professional fluency in English and solid executive communication
