As Leader of Finance, you will oversee financial operations, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. The role works closely with Hatfield’s Managing Partners and Board, reporting to the Senior Vice President and Managing Partner. Your work supports environmental and social services delivered by a proudly Canadian company.
Key Responsibilities: Forecast cash flow and monitor company liquidity
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Oversee compliant financial operations and reporting
Advise leaders on investments, capital structure, and profitability




Lead finance teams and the Hatfield Finance Committee
Requirements: CPA designation and bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
At least five years leading senior finance teams
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
Robust Power BI, Canadian tax, and risk management knowledge
