Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in Canada is looking to hire a Test Automation Lead f or a Long Term Contract / Full Time chance.

Location: Hybrid Toronto – 3 days onsite
JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a hands-on Test Manager / Test Lead with strong functional testing experience and Wealth Management domain - MUST

Lead and execute functional testing activities

Implement front-loaded testing to identify defects early in the development lifecycle.

Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules.

Utilize Jira for test management , defect tracking, and reporting.

Leverage Power BI to develop testing dashboards and track quality metrics.

Identify opportunities for testing process improvement and automation.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and the Test Management Office (TMO).

Support integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.

Strong hands-on experience as a Test Manager, Test Lead, or Senior QA Lead.

Expertise in functional testing, test execution, and defect management.

Strong Jira knowledge and Power BI experience.
