As a Project Manager - R&D;, you will guide multiple initiatives from conception through commercialization. Your work will develop product concepts, recipes, and formulations while supporting compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. You will also contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities: Lead R&D; projects through commercialization, timelines, and budget constraints
Coordinate teams developing product concepts, recipes, and formulations
Research food trends, ingredients, and processing technologies
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions




Support laboratory-to-production scale-up and product consistency
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
Three to five years’ project management experience within the food industry
Knowledge of product development, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
