As an experienced Executive Administrative Partner, you will keep a global organization operating smoothly across multiple time zones. The work includes confidential information, expense reporting, document approvals, and assigned projects. Solid attention to detail and urgency are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars across global geographies and time zones
Coordinate senior client meetings, events, and executive staff meetings
Arrange compliant domestic and international multi-leg travel
Review, approve, process, and reconcile expense reports




Generate presentations and support organization-specific leadership projects
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or three years supporting senior business leaders
Five years supporting Vice Presidents in global environments
Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Zoom
Ability to manage confidential information with tact and professionalism
Excellent communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills
Bring global executive support, travel coordination, calendaring, and confidentiality skills to Lenovo’s Digital Commerce organization.
