As Design Manager, you will own the complete design lifecycle from concept through detailed design and delivery. Guide multidisciplinary teams while monitoring performance, managing changes, and maintaining quality assurance. Your work supports safe, sustainable solutions across essential water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams from concept through delivery
Monitor design performance using KPIs and Earned Value Analysis
Manage design changes, budgets, schedules, and performance




Ensure CDM compliance and rigorous quality assurance
Integrate design delivery with project, engineering, and construction teams
Requirements: Eight to ten years in design management or design production
Experience with water and wastewater projects preferred
Solid understanding of water treatment processes
Engineering, design, architecture, or construction management degree
Chartered or working toward chartership
Bring design leadership, water treatment knowledge, and performance management expertise to Browne’s purpose-driven engineering projects.
