PAL Airlines is seeking a Ground Operations Manager to lead Montréal base, ensuring safe, effective operations and a positive customer and employee experience.
This hands-on, fast-paced role requires strong leadership, safety culture, and collaboration with Flight Operations, Maintenance, System Operations Control, and regulatory bodies.
You will develop teams, manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with Transport Canada and airport procedures.
