As a regular full-time Donor Centre Manager, you will oversee a new centre scheduled to open in Burnaby, British Columbia. Your work covers regulatory compliance, staffing, quality, safety, donor experience, financial targets, and continuous improvement. You will guide daily operations while aligning teams with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee donor centre operations, workflows, productivity, quality, and safety
Manage staffing, supplies, equipment, budgets, and scheduling collaboration
Improve donor experience through metrics, communication, and service improvements




Coach employees and foster inclusive teamwork and open communication
Coordinate quality improvement, corrective actions, audits, and improvement plans
Requirements: University degree in relevant healthcare or business discipline
At least five years’ recent supervisory, management, or leadership experience
Expertise in customer service and operational management
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Analytical, decision-making, budgeting, and variance-analysis capabilities
