This Manager, Real Estate Procurement role oversees fixture design, development, sourcing, and supply planning. You will improve efficiency, cost, standardization, and reuse across store categories. The work includes vendor coordination, blueprint alignment, procurement education, and collaboration with Compliance, Finance, and Purchasing.
Key Responsibilities: Manage fixture design processes aligned with planning and project schedules
Review fixtures for efficiency, cost, standardization, and reuse
Support requests for information, quotations, and proposals
Maintain vendor forecasts and support timely project deliveries
Monitor vendor performance through KPIs and scorecards
Requirements: Eight to ten years of retail or similar industry experience
Understanding of design, manufacturing, and commodities
Advanced understanding of procurement strategies and methodologies
Apply procurement strategy, fixture design knowledge, and vendor management expertise to support retail real estate projects.
