As the Distribution Planning Manager, you will empower a team while ensuring productive operations aligned with customer service and business goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of Distribution Planners • Monitor performance through KPIs and metrics • Identify gaps and drive accountability for outcomes • Facilitate collaboration with Transportation and cross-functional teams • Oversee reporting tools for accurate planning analyses
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field • 5+ years in distribution planning, 2+ in a leadership role • Proven analytical and coaching skills • Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft D365 preferred • Bilingual (French/English) for effective communication
