and capital markets environments Credit and reconciliation experience within financial services operations Trading knowledge and Capital Markets product exposure Stakeholder communication across business and operational teams University or college degree with relevant experience Nice to Have Top bank experience AML and KYC exposure VBA and technical skills Responsibilities Process and maintain client and credit limit data for new and existing clients Analyze and resolve reconciliation exceptions across operational processes Collaborate with business and technology partners on project activities and operational readiness Validate operational readiness activities and cutover planning for projects nearing go live Provide responses to stakeholder inquiries and escalate issues when required Update standard operating procedures and support training activities for team members Assist with audit data gathering and team workload coordination activities
