Demonstrated ability to interpret customer specifications and electrical drawings, develop technically and commercially viable scopes, challenge assumptions, assess risks, and communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the judgment to make decisions in ambiguous situations and align sales, engineering, project, field-service, supply-chain, global, and customer stakeholders.

Commitment to environmental, health, safety, security, quality, and regulatory requirements, along with the ability to travel within Canada and internationally as business needs require; professional fluency in English is required, and French is an asset.
