This position will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer inventory and coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one location to another. This individual will work primarily out of the Ontario Food Terminal location but will require the ability to travel to our 302 Dwight Avenue location regularly. This role requires the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business,



which may included occasional evenings and weekends.ResponsibilitiesBuild purchase orders and manage add on costsReview and adjust purchase order add on dates at month endModify appropriate revisions for recognition to Canadian customs brokerProcess orders and verify prices Item code creation and maintenancePrepare and maintain service ratesContact customers to confirm order details and shipping schedulesSupport the team with operations and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilledCoordinate and communicate with regrade and repack facilitiesInvestigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiriesReview, update, and monitor inventoryEnsure accuracy in customer billingCandidate RequirementsQualifications:Demonstrated logistics and supply chain experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to quickly learn and utilize internal ERP softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsPersonal Attributes:Demonstrated organization and time-management skills to navigate a fast-paced environmentA quick learner with the ability to adapt to a regularly changing environmentTeam oriented with the ability to both take direction and be self-directionStrong interpersonal skills for interacting with external and internal contactsJob InformationSalary Range: $40,000 - $45,000Position Status: New PositionIntended Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pmAI may be used as a support tool in our hiring process.
