Develop 2SLGBTQ+ clinical education and cultural safety training remotely across Ontario, with monthly in-person work at Sherbourne Health’s Toronto office.

As Clinical Educator with Rainbow Health Ontario, you will support education for health care and social service providers. Apply adult learning principles, clinical research, and cultural safety frameworks to develop learning materials and facilitate training. You will support competencies for trans and non-binary communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate face-to-face and online learning opportunities
- Develop and update clinical resources and course content
- Coordinate learner registration for taught sessions
- Provide consultations and resources to organizations




- Maintain course accreditation for continuing education credits

Requirements:

- At least four years’ regulated clinical experience
- At least two years’ adult education facilitation experience
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Lived experience as a 2SLGBTQ+ community member
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
