**Production Assembler**
**Job Description**
**We are looking for a Production Assembler to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment assembling medical devices.

This role involves working at different assembly stations, using small hand tools, following written instructions, and supporting clean room production.**
**Responsibilities**
Assemble small parts and components on a production line.

Use basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.

Follow written assembly instructions and quality standards.

Rotate between different assembly stations.

Perform labeling, packaging, and sealing of products.

Work in a clean room environment when required.

Maintain a fast production pace while ensuring accuracy and quality.

Use basic computer systems for documentation and training.

Lift up to 30 lbs when required.

Follow all safety, production, and clean room procedures.
**Requirements**
Minimum 1 year of fast-paced production or assembly experience.

Experience working with small parts and basic hand tools.

Comfortable standing for the entire shift.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Basic computer skills.

Good English reading and communication skills.

Robust attention to detail.

Ability to work quickly and accurately.

Comfortable working in a clean room environment.

Able to commit to a 1-year contract.

Valid work authorization with at least 2 years remaining.
**Nice to Have**
Soldering experience.
PCB assembly experience.

Experience working in a regulated production environment.
**Schedule**
Monday to Friday
**3:30 PM
12:00 AM**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.71 - $21.71/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills,



relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
