**Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
**We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to work in a fast-paced cross-dock warehouse.

You will operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift and support shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and inventory.**
**Responsibilities**
Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift.

Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.

Organize incoming and outgoing freight.

Use an RF scanner to process and track inventory.

Build and wrap pallets.

Assist with manual loading and unloading when needed.

Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Follow all warehouse and safety procedures.

Communicate with team members and shift leads.
**Requirements**
Minimum 1 year of LTL or cross-dock experience.

Minimum 1 year of warehouse/shipping and receiving experience.

Minimum 1 year of sit-down counterbalance forklift experience.

Valid propane sit-down counterbalance forklift ticket.
RF scanner experience.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Valuable attention to detail and communication skills.
TDG training required before starting.

Paid training is provided.

Monday to Friday
2:00 PM
10:30 PM
**Work Environment**
Fast-paced cross-dock warehouse.

Safety-toe work boots required.

Safety vest provided.

Casual warehouse dress code.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Surrey, BC.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $24.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
