Duties:
**Stacking & Organizing:**
Arrange boxes, cases, bags, or product layers onto wooden or plastic pallets in a stable, uniform pattern.
**Quality & Weight Inspection:**
Check product labels, batch or code dates, packaging integrity, and case weights before finalizing a load
**Wrapping & Transport:**
Secure finished pallets with plastic stretch-wrap and move by coordinating with a walkie operator.
**Safety & Sanitation:**
Follow OSHA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and keep the workspace clean.
**General Help** : Work with Production operators and assist them.

Position Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 Pounds.

Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Stand for a full shift.

On-the-job training.
