Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a hands-on Senior iOS Developer to join a cooperative mobile engineering team supporting a large, evolving iOS ecosystem.

This engineer will contribute to modern mobile applications and work across multiple product streams, helping design, develop, and deliver scalable, reliable iOS experiences.

This is not a role where seniority is defined solely by years of experience.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong technical capability, ownership, confidence, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.

The right person will be comfortable entering a complex environment, navigating a large existing codebase, and becoming a meaningful contributor quickly.

Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years of engineering experience, with significant native iOS development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing native iOS applications with Swift and SwiftUI, with recent production-level SwiftUI experience.
- Experience with iOS performance and monitoring tools such as Xcode Instruments and Firebase
- Experience working within modular or package-based iOS architectures, ideally using Swift Package Manager.
- Experience supporting and optimizing production-level mobile applications.




- Hands-on coding experience in their current/recent role.

This is not an architecture-only or leadership-only position.
- Experience developing solutions within retail or eCommerce environments.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Git

Hub Copilot while independently reviewing and validating generated code.
