Requirements: At least 15 years experience within Mining & Metals
Leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams of 5-30 professionals
Experience coaching managers, technical leaders, and engineers
Experience with large-scale industrial or mining projects
Engineering, business administration, or finance degree
