Lead Trade Customization projects for Kenvue in hybrid Toronto, applying project management and supply chain expertise across North America.
This 18 month contract reports to the Supply Planning Manager. You will lead projects from design through governance for Kenvue’s Trade Customization portfolio. The work connects brands, suppliers, Sales, Marketing, and QA while supporting customer promotions and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Drive innovation and current projects from design through governance
Research competitive and regional designs for commercial teams
Align brands, suppliers, QA, and customer requirements
Manage project spending, estimates, and governance submissions
Transition approved projects to Trade Customization planning
Requirements: Undergraduate degree and five to seven years’ experience
Project management or supply chain management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Knowledge of customers, retail, products, and promotions
Strong communication, influence, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Bring strategic and tactical project leadership to Kenvue’s Trade Customization portfolio, suppliers, commercial partners, and key metrics.
