Within a medium-sized organization in the construction sector, you will take on a central role in structural engineering, with direct involvement in projects. The mandate combines technical supervision, close review of deliverables, and contribution to calculations to enhance the quality and autonomy of the team.

Key Responsibilities: technical quality, standards, and team progression

Validate and correct plans and deliverables produced by the technical drawing team before production.

Ensure the consistent application of applicable standards and strengthen the compliance level of the files.

Guide intermediate engineers through close technical supervision and concrete coaching on structural issues.

Perform structural calculations when required and intervene directly in technical validations.

Standardize technical practices to increase the consistency of methods and the quality of deliverables.





Support the improvement of practices related to technical purchases to promote choices aligned with design needs.

Quickly enhance the quality and technical autonomy of the team.

Desired Profile: senior structural expertise and daily technical leadership

Demonstrate solid expertise in structural engineering, including structural calculations.

Have confirmed experience in validating plans and applying standards in residential and commercial project contexts.

Have previously provided technical supervision of an intermediate-level team, with guidance based on review and correction.

Exhibit close technical leadership, focused on supporting and progressing the team.

Work rigorously, particularly in verification, correction, and adherence to standards.

Conditions: compensation and scope of the role
