This SAP OTC Solution Lead supports a global software company’s delivery organization. You will drive backlog enhancements, manage small projects end to end, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. The work focuses on integrated OTC and RTR outcomes, including subscriptions, renewals, and receivables.
Key Responsibilities: Drive pending enhancements from planning through delivery
Lead small projects and own integrated solutions
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across project activities
Support subscriptions, renewals, and receivables enhancements
Manage dependencies across connected systems
Requirements: At least 15 years of OTC functional experience
SAP certification
OTC Billing and Credit management expertise
End-to-end project and integration management experience
SFDC integration exposure
