This senior position combines mechanical engineering, project management, client management, and multidisciplinary coordination. You will design systems for commercial, institutional, mission critical, life sciences, residential, and other sectors. The work includes calculations, equipment selection, documentation, quality reviews, and construction administration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical and HVAC building design across varied market sectors
Perform engineering calculations, system sizing, code analysis, and equipment selection
Develop mechanical plans, specifications, and technical reports
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing,



and closeout
Coordinate electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology disciplines
Requirements: Professional Engineer license and bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
At least eight years of lead mechanical engineering experience
Experience managing projects with varied sizes and complexity
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, and Carrier HAP
Strong building systems, code, leadership, and client communication knowledge
