Build major-project tenders across Canada using quantity takeoffs and cost estimating skills as an Estimator / Project Coordinator with SB Canada.
Working under senior estimating leadership, you will organize tender documents, manage quotes, and develop competitive estimates. The role also provides exposure to project delivery, including scheduling, cost control, claims, and stakeholder communication. You will support major projects across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Organize tender documents, addenda, and bid correspondence
Complete quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
Solicit, manage, and level subcontractor and vendor quotes
Identify tender risks and constructability gaps
Develop cost estimates and support project handovers
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or related discipline
Three-plus years of estimating or construction experience
Experience with quantity takeoffs and quote management
Detail-oriented, accurate, and methodical approach
Transparent communication with project stakeholders
Apply estimating, tender coordination, and project support expertise to heavy civil work with SB Canada’s Major Projects group.
