Lead strategic finance at Enersul L.P. in Calgary, applying accounting expertise and internal controls in an in office leadership role.
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Controller, the Director of Finance leads accounting with four direct reports. This role supports responsible, profitable growth through accurate reporting, financial analysis, and data based decisions. You will collaborate with Enersul’s Management Team and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead month end close, reporting, reconciliations, and working capital
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and OneStream parent company reporting
Maintain Marmon controls, SOX documentation, and audit support
Coordinate tax compliance with corporate tax and external advisors
Manage capital investments,



process improvements, and employee development
Requirements: CPA designation required for this finance leadership position
Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
ERP experience with Epicor or a similar system
Operational mindset with proven leadership experience
Robust communication, organization, and attention to detail
Use financial leadership, reporting discipline, and controls expertise to guide Enersul’s accounting function and sustainable growth in Calgary.
