Technical CIAM Product Owner needed to guide identity initiatives through backlog prioritization, requirements gathering, and roadmap planning.
This position owns customer identity delivery across business and technical needs. You will shape epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning while partnering with Business, Security, Architecture, and Engineering teams. The work supports SSO, MFA, identity federation, registration, and authentication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business and technical requirements
Translate requirements into epics and user stories
Manage backlog prioritization and sprint planning
Partner with Business, Security, Architecture, and Engineering
Approve enhancements and platform changes
Requirements: Six-plus years of Product Owner or Product Management experience
Robust Consumer Identity and Access Management experience
Experience managing Agile backlogs and delivery teams
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and MFA
Experience with ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID
Apply technical product ownership, CIAM expertise, and stakeholder communication to deliver customer identity initiatives.
