Requirements: Experience estimating cladding, façades, roofing, or specialist subcontracting
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawings
Understanding of systems, fixings, interfaces, logistics, and sequencing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
