As a Data Strategy & Analytics Specialist, you will work under the Data Strategy & Analytics Lead. You will translate scientific protocols and business needs into cohort definitions, derived variables, analysis-ready datasets, and reproducible pipelines. Your work spans clinical trial data for secondary use, electronic health records, claims, and operational data.
Key Responsibilities: Execute data transformations and cohort extractions across multimodal healthcare data
Conduct descriptive and observational analyses for study teams
Summarize and visualize exploratory outputs and study results
Partner on study framing, protocols, feasibility, methodology,



and execution
Use AI coding tools while maintaining scientific rigor and quality
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative or health field
At least three years working with structured research or healthcare data
Solid working knowledge of R or Python and SQL
Understanding of metadata, mappings, and clinical data systems
Excellent technical communication, presentation, and writing skills
Apply real-world data, clinical analytics, reproducible coding, and explicit communication to Roche’s evidence-generation work in Mississauga.
